Welcome to the Blooming Rewards Garden, the loyalty program offered by Blooming Delights 2u.

By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

🌼 1. Overview

The Blooming Rewards Garden is designed to reward our customers with Blooming Points for engaging with our store. These points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.

Participation in the program is free and available to customers with an account on our website.

🌷 2. Earning Blooming Points

You can earn Blooming Points through the following activities:

• Shopping
  
  Earn 10 points per $1 AUD spent on eligible purchases.
  
  Points are automatically added after a completed purchase.
  

• Newsletter Subscription
  
  Earn points when you subscribe to our email newsletter.
  

• Birthday Bonus
  
  Receive a birthday points reward each year by entering your birthday in the rewards widget.
  

Blooming Delights 2u reserves the right to modify or remove earning opportunities at any time.

🌸 3. Redeeming Blooming Points

Points can be redeemed for discount rewards through the Blooming Rewards Garden widget.

Current rewards include:

• 500 points = $5 AUD discount
  
• 900 points = $10 AUD discount
  

When you redeem points:

• A unique discount code is generated instantly
  
• The code is also sent to your email
  
• Codes must be applied at checkout to be valid.
  

🌼 4. Points Value & Limitations

• Blooming Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded.
  
• Points may only be used on purchases made through the Blooming Delights 2u website.
  
• Points cannot be applied after a purchase has been completed.
  
• Only one reward code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.
  

🌷 5. Points Expiry

At this time, Blooming Points do not expire.

However, Blooming Delights 2u reserves the right to introduce expiry dates or modify this policy in the future with reasonable notice.

🌸 6. Account Requirements

• You must be logged into your account to earn and redeem points.
  
• Points are tied to your account and cannot be transferred between accounts.
  
• If an account is deleted, associated points will be permanently lost.
  

🌼 7. Refunds & Adjustments

If an order is refunded or cancelled:

• Any points earned from that purchase may be removed from your balance
  
• If points were redeemed on that order, the value of those points may not be reinstated
  

Blooming Delights 2u reserves the right to adjust points balances in cases of misuse or error.

🌷 8. Program Changes & Termination

Blooming Delights 2u may:

• Modify reward values
  
• Change how points are earned
  
• Add or remove program features
  
• Suspend or terminate the program at any time
  

Reasonable notice will be provided where possible.

🌸 9. Misuse of the Program

Any abuse of the Blooming Rewards Garden, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts
  
• Manipulating the system
  
• Fraudulent activity
  

may result in removal from the program and loss of points.

While we aim to provide a smooth experience:

• Points may not appear instantly due to system delays
  
• Some features depend on third-party services
  

Blooming Delights 2u is not responsible for temporary technical issues affecting the rewards program.
